Description

Esportare solo i dati di comuni in un file sql.
Scrivere le migrazioni per generare il DB.

Creare struttura e importare i dati tramite migrations in un DB vuoto:
1. la struttura del DB deve essere identica (tabelle, colonne, tipi, default e relazioni);
2. l'importazione dei dati precedentemente esporati non deve fallire;

Bonus: cerca se รจ possibile importare i dati tramite artisan da un file sql.
